You get to experience the story line in a new perspective with the F.E.A.R. 2:Reborn DLC. You'll be playing from the point of view of a replica soldier regarded to as Foxtrot 813. You'll get 4 more new levels of single player story campaign to play through as this character. The length of the level will be comparable to that of the original F.E.A.R. 2 levels. These new levels will take players to places not traveled before, offering a completely new experience. This expansion offers a new story line, figuring out why this soldier Foxtrot 813 is so special. He will have all the abilities as the previous character, allowing for the same intense action provided by the original. Good news for those of you who love this first person shooter horror game, F.E.A.R 2: Reborn will be a great addition to your gaming library.
This F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn DLC will also come with an added Slow-motion ability added to multiplayer matches. This power up would give the player the ability to slow down all other players in the multiplayer match. I've been waiting for an ability like that in a multiplayer game, most games don't include that. There will be more achievements for those who get this DLC of course. F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn is set for release at the end of August, and no talks on pricing have been announced yet. Though it will most likely go the route of 800 Microsoft Points like most games do.
This expansion is said to be a total of two hours, judged by internal testing, and those who choose to play this on the hardest difficulty may take longer. You should prepare for this Xbox Live DLC release by getting your Free Microsoft Points by reading the guide in my first post. Importance of Microsoft Points
Microsoft Points will become increasingly important, as you may see in the next generation Xbox released by Microsoft. You may be wondering why, but it's becoming increasingly obvious that gaming companies are wanting to go with digital distribution and start selling games and content via the internet, instead of selling them by hand. So you should really cherish the method on how to get Free Microsoft Points as shown in my first post. On the Xbox 360, you don't have much of a need for Microsoft Points nor Xbox Live. While they are useful, you could essentially use it as a single player console. But if you want to use the Xbox Live Marketplace or Xbox Live Arcade, you'll need to pay up some points. You'll see how much more the importance of Microsoft Points is.
Right now, The Xbox 360 allows you to pay for games up front and use discs, obviously. The size of an average Xbox 360 game can reach up to 8gb's. But they also allow you to download Xbox Live Arcade games, Xbox originals and Demo's off of the Xbox Live Marketplace. Imagine having to download a 10 or even 20 gb game, that would take ages. But that is what Microsoft and Sony are possibly getting prepared to do.
With the age of Digital Distribution, Piracy would be a thing of the past. Pirating games that are digitally distributed would be pretty much impossible. You'd have to literally hack servers in order to do such a thing. With piracy decreased, that would possibly mean that the sales of the games themselves increase. As seen by how Sony released a portable system that thrives off of Digital Distribution. Microsoft likes to be ahead of the competition as well, so I'm sure that they'll focus on Digital Distribution one way or another next generation.
With that in mind, Microsoft would most likely make you pay for the games by either credit card or Microsoft Points. A hefty sum of Microsoft Points, might I add. That is where the importance of Microsoft Points would come, not only would you need to use them to download games, but you'd probably need them for downloading add-on's and all of that. Some people are concerned about the digital age mainly because they don't have access to the internet. In which case, I'm not sure how Microsoft would get around that problem, but it's a definite issue they'd have to resolve.
All Video Game companies, ideally, are against piracy. If the most drastic step they can take to prevent piracy is by stepping into the age of digital distribution, I am almost certain they will whether it be the next generation or the generation after that. But just keep in mind, those Microsoft Points you're spending so gingerly now will be a necessity some time in the future. Not to be ominous, because this certainly isn't bad news, it's like the switch from cartridges to CD's. At this time, Free Microsoft Points will be a great thing, as shown in my first post. Gears of War Armor for your Xbox Live Avatar
Epic Games has announced that Gears of War armor will be headed towards the Xbox Live Marketplace for use by your Avatar. This is one of the better Avatar costumes I've seen announced, the Fable costumes weren't so impressive. All I saw was shirts there. But this really does Gears of War some good, since these are the actual armor featured in game. You can even wear the Cog helmet. If you're an Xbox 360 gamer, you must know about Gears of War. It's one of the most popular games available. If you've gotten your Free Microsoft Points as shown in my first post, you're all set for this already. At a price of some Microsoft Points, the Gears of War Avatar costume will be available to you.
Not only do you get the Cog armor featured in Gears of War, but you also get to wear the Locust armor. Such as the Locust Priest armor, for those of you who gotten through enough of the Gears campaign to see it. The only thing I don't like is how Microsoft has the rule that costumes released for Avatar's can't make you look inhuman. It would have been amazing to have a true locust costume where you were altered completely. Though these are the first serious Avatar clothes I've seen announced, and you guys should take advantage of it. A price hasn't been announced for these, yet. But I'd imagine it'd cost you something at least. I doubt many companies are going to be releasing Avatar clothing for free. The Gears avatars will be available when the next Xbox Live system update occurs.

Xbox Live Arcade Prices Rising
A study has recently shown that the Xbox Live Arcade Prices Rising is something that's actually happening. In this case, getting Free Microsoft Points like I showed you in a previous article would be beneficial, so this raise in Microsoft Points cost wouldn't effect you. But over the time span of the Xbox 360's life, the price of the Xbox Live Arcade Games have shot up to an average of 800 Microsoft Points. You're not crazy if you're thinking that your Xbox 360 games are costing you more. Read on to find out more and read speculation on the rise of Xbox Live Arcade Prices.

The factors of pricing are likely to be looked at here. AS the games apart of the promotion are by top companies and are highly awaited. Like Shadow Complex, a game that is said to rival the popular franchise Metroid. It's no surprise that games of this caliber would be sold for 1200 Microsoft Points, but it still raises the average a bit. I'm personally not looking forward to the day when all you see for the Xbox Live Arcade titles is all the games priced at 1000+ Microsoft Points.

Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition
Lucas Arts announced that Star Wars The Force Unleashed will be getting some new Downloadable Content for you to enjoy, to give you a bit more story to play through. You'll be able to travel to a new planet where you''ll be meeting some familiar faces such as Boba Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Great news for those who completed the story of the original and wanted more, after seeing the fate of your character. This DLC will not be free, obviously, you will have to pay using your Microsoft Points. If you want a way of getting this DLC, but you don't have the points, I suggest you read my first post on how to get Free Microsoft Points. This new content will let you return to playing your character, the secret apprentice, for more tasks to be done.
You will resume the role of Starkiller from the original Force Unleashed, to do the deeds of the Emperor. Whom will give you the task of killing off the remaining Jedi in the galaxy. Not much different from the Force Unleashed, when you were doing that as well. But the Jedi you are hunting are more well known now. If you're wondering how you'll look, for those of you who actually completed the game, you'll be in your Sith Stalker armor. If you don't know why you're in Sith Stalker armor, then you need to go back to the first game and finish it. The DLC will be able to recognize what choice you made during the end of the game.
You'll be fighting Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, and Boba Fett on the planet Tattooine. This is planet for release on all the consoles it was on previously. Xbox 360 Avatar Marketplace
There's gonna be an update coming soon, that will allow you to customize your Avatar to your hearts content. Though, it will cost you, as the items bought for your Avatar will cost you Microsoft Points. But you'll be able to purchase clothes resembling video game, such as Secret of Monkey Island and Halo. That's coming next month.
The Avatar Will have a marketplace dedicated to it, accurately named the Avatar Marketplace. It's included in your Avatar customization menu. The clothes and items available in the marketplace will be divided into categories such as styles and games. Off the back, you'll be able to purchase clothing from Halo, Fable 2, and the Secret of Monkey Island.
Though some items for purchase may not be as flashy as others, it'll still allow you to customize your character to look like something out of Halo. The price range can go from 80 to 350+ Microsoft points. There is also a section for "Awardables", which is clothing or accessories that you can gain from games. This section is expected to be featured in later titles.

Free Microsoft Points are an Xbox 360 gamer's dream. They're used to buy everything from add-on game content to demo's to exclusive dashboards. If you are looking for a way of getting Free Microsoft Points, then read the rest of this article for an easy way of doing so.
Normally they'd cost you around $20 for the points, but here's a way of getting Free Microsoft Points for little work. This isn't a Microsoft Points generator or anything like that, and you don't give away any of your account information, so you're safe. This is a risk free, easy way of getting your Free Microsoft Points code.
First off, you need to head over to the Rewards website so you can sign up for your free account. I recommend that you make a new email account so you can be more organized.
